Mass Email Policies

  1. No e-mails about any CUS Events or Services should be sent through Undergraduate Office or the Business Career Centre. If you are a CUS affiliated club or a CUS Service Council member, please do not contact Undergraduate Office or the Business Career Centre for mass e-mail purposes.
  2. All requests for mass e-mails will be evaluated on case-by-case basis by CUS Vice-President Marketing. Please note that mass e-mails will not be sent out unless deemed absolutely necessary. Please use the following criteria to submit a request:
  • Name of the organization and event
  • Date to be sent out (Please submit at least 3 days in advance)
  • Reason for a mass e-mail
  • Other marketing resources used
  • Content of the message
  • Title of the e-mail
  • Description
  • Contact Information
  • Link to a website/post
  • For Events: Date, Time, Place, Price of the event
  • For Hiring: Deadline, Required Documents
